Experiential Training. Communicating is not purely an intellectual activity, it’s a fully embodied experience. Participants will interact with Kelsey, each other and the material from moment one. Training is not lecture-style.
Discussion. The ideas and expertise participants bring into the room are as valuable to their learning as the coaching. Robust discussion is integral to training.
Practice & Feedback. Participants have opportunities to test and play with the tools and techniques introduced in a low stakes lab setting. They will receive feedback from Kelsey and each other.

As a communication and public speaking coach, Kelsey Crouch (she/her) utilizes performance and mindset techniques of the most renowned speakers, athletes, and artists to guide individuals and teams to develop their own powerful voices and communicate successfully with varying audiences.
Clients include Fortune 100 and 500 companies, as well as international social impact entrepreneurs, speakers at the World Economic Forum, reality TV stars, and more. She is an experienced TEDx coach and Coordinator of TEDxUNPlaza, with keynote speaker Former Secretary General Ban Ki-moon.
Prior to coaching, Kelsey spent over a decade as a professional actress, studying at Syracuse University and Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre in London,
and touring internationally.
